“Die to an ice storm we loss electricity. After one full day we went to the hotel and ended up staying two days. Danielle was the team member I spoke with throughout our stay. She was so kind and accomodating. I didn’t meet any of the other staff personally but very friendly. The hotel is very clean, quiet at night time hours and just a great place to stay! As an aside note, many places to eat as well delivery options. 5 stars +”

“Amazing and friendly customer service. Super clean. Room was amazing. Good Breakfast. Check in was smooth and easy. I wanna give a big shout out to Danielle and Gloria the amazing and friendly front desk associates. If you need anything they are willing to help. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. I definitely recommend staying here if you need a night away. Also definitely sign up for their wyndham rewards and get points to get discounted nights or free stays.”

“I always research where we stay. The reviews were positive for this place so we chose to stay overnight. The price was very reasonable and included our dog. Not one thing was disappointing! Both Gloria and Danielle were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!”

“This is a great option for an overnight stay. Pet friendly, clean, easy check in and out with technology option, friendly front desk interaction and good cup of coffee in the morning. We had the deluxe King room and it was more than we need. Ideal if you need a hang out room for a group booking because of the two couches and bar table with stools. Close to town and with walking distance if some eating options. Recommend AV upgrade as TV is dated and small. Would love a small coffee maker in the room. Overall great experience. I would feel comfortable staying here with our family.”

“I absolutely LOVED staying here. The people are wonderful. The rooms are clean. The location is prime. And the price was very reasonable, especially for someone like myself who needed somewhere for a month or more not knowing my check out date. I didn't have to worry about my room getting booked in the middle of my stay, they just worked with me. This is where I'm staying from here on out next time I find myself in Steven's Point. “Lovely hotel and good location. It is somewhat outdated but is very clean. The staff are amazing ..My husband and I are in our 70's and things can get ya down. Gloria on 2nd shift was excellent. Little things but add up in overall picture. Close to restaurants which is great. We will be going back!!”
